The location near the river is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the city center and the night market. The room felt fresh with recent upgrades, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. I appreciated the lovely breakfast room. sitting outside on the terrace while eating was enjoyable. Despite the positive aspects, staff interaction could use improvement. They didn’t greet me or show much warmth. Plus, I faced delays at check-in, which felt dated. A few small issues in the room, such as a lighting fault, were handled poorly at reception. it's worth staying for the beautiful locale and decent facilities, but don’t expect stellar service.

The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of Thai and Western dishes, allowing for a flavorful start to the day. A great addition was the terrace dining experience, making meals more enjoyable with a nice view.
The entrance presents accessibility challenges, with steep stairs leading to the lobby, lacking railings for support. The shower's temperature control protrudes into the space, creating a risk of accidental burns. A minor lighting issue in the room added some unwelcome darkness, and though it was mentioned, the response at reception felt less attentive than expected.

Comfortable stay with a perfect river view!
We had a nice time here! The room was super spacious with a cozy sofa and comfy bed. Loved having the fridge for drinks. The breakfast was good too, lots of Thai options and freshly cooked eggs. Just wish it wasn't so noisy at night from nearby bars.

We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Riverside Hotel! The view from our seventh floor King Room was spectacular, and the breakfast buffet was delightful with plenty of options. The staff provided excellent service with a smile, and it was very convenient being just a short walk across the river to the train station and Saturday night market.
The shower temperature control handle did protrude into the space.
